Returns & Refunds Policy

 

OmniCarbon is built around trust. If something isn’t right, I want the return process to be simple, fair, and straightforward.


Returns (changed your mind)

You may return unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify for a full refund, the returned item must be:

  • unused and uninstalled

  • in original condition

  • in the original packaging

  • with all accessories included

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.


Installed or used items

If a product has been installed or shows signs of wear, I can still often help — but it cannot always be treated as a full return.

Depending on the condition, I may offer:

  • a partial refund, or

  • a return refusal if the item is clearly used beyond resale condition

If you’re unsure, contact me first — I’ll tell you honestly what’s possible before you ship anything back.


Faulty items / wrong item received

If the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, this is not treated as a normal return.

In that case, it will be handled as a warranty / issue case, and it will be corrected as soon as possible.


How to start a return

Email support at info@omnicarbon.cc with:

  • your order number

  • the product(s) you want to return

  • the reason for return (short is fine)

You will receive:

  • return instructions

  • return address

  • return authorization (if required)
