All OmniCarbon products are shipped directly from our workshop in Finland. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, and international shipping times vary depending on destination and customs clearance. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Every shipment is insured and securely packaged to protect your wheels and components in transit. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with photos of both the packaging and the product so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We currently ship within the EU and selected international destinations. For regions not listed at checkout, please contact us to arrange a custom shipping quote.
