1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales and services provided by OmniCarbon (“we”, “us”, “our”) through the website omnicarbon.cc.

By using this website or purchasing products from OmniCarbon, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page and will apply from the time it is published.

2. Products & Technical Information

We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible, including technical specifications, compatibility information, and product images.

Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances, production batches, photography/lighting conditions, or supplier updates. Product images are illustrative unless otherwise stated.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure product compatibility with their bicycle and components.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in euros (€). Prices include VAT where applicable.

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout via our payment service providers.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. OmniCarbon reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

  • the product is unavailable or incorrectly priced

  • there is a technical issue affecting the order

  • there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or abuse

If we cancel an order, any payment already received will be refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the delivery areas listed on our website.

Delivery times are estimates only. OmniCarbon is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, force majeure events, or incorrect customer information.

The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details. Additional costs caused by incorrect delivery information may be charged to the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Return Policy, available on the Support page.

If a product is returned in used, damaged, incomplete, or non-resellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund to reflect depreciation or missing components.

6. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

OmniCarbon products are covered under our Warranty and Repairs Policy, available on the Support page.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • OmniCarbon’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchased product (as applicable)

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of use, income, data, or business interruption

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under mandatory consumer protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, technical descriptions, product photography, graphics, trademarks, and logos, is the property of OmniCarbon or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written consent from OmniCarbon.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Finnish law.

Any disputes relating to purchases or use of the website shall be resolved primarily through negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be handled by the competent courts in Finland.

If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules may allow you to bring disputes before your local courts, as required by applicable law.
